HANA ROAD and Burned Thighs

We woke up and hit the road at sunrise.. just kidding,  it was closer to noon =P Every morning, we planned to wake up before sunrise to go hike above the clouds and experience the fantastic view. Sleep is my sixth love language so we never go around to the early bird start. Any who, we started our swirly, tight drive down Hana Road. ( It takes hours to get anywhere) When we finally go to our designated stop we saw black sand beaches, bunny ears (Its a cliff) and blue blue waters! So beautiful!! img_0971img_0974img_0998img_1007img_1032

Da Best Coconut ( The sign said so)

Well my friend, we rented a Wrangler and were so memorizes by the fact that you can take the roof off that we basically never had one on. Now. driving is a huge chunk of Maui, so the sun beams down on your sitting thighs for hours. Voila, burned, awkward thighs. img_1295img_1373I can explain! I was so used to having the windows open i simply threw the piece of lime “out” the window, (there was glass in the way.) I also had a bruise on my finger after that. Yes, I have a very fierce throw =P img_1374
