Avocado, the “it” fruit of the year. Not only is it super photogenic, but it also contains a whole lot of awesome nutrients and oils!
You know how I like to slap a lot of random stuff into my hair? Well, avocados made their way into my hair routine just like eggs and coconut oil.
Do you have slit ends? Damaged hair? Thinning Hair?
Girl, you need protein. Protein masks are miracle workers and can easily be made at home.
Here is the recipe for my go-to avocado mask :
3 TBS of Coconut Oil ( I prefer a liquid consistency)
4 TBS of Distilled Water
*Blend this all together in a blender or smash it up with a fork.
*Apply all over your hair, focus on the ends.
Your hair will feel thicker and stronger right after the mask, I promise!
Wash your hair with shampoo, my current favorite is the TRESeme Repair and Protect 7 . I usually rinse and repeat twice. Then, deep condition your hair. I am currently loving this OGX Coconut Conditioner. Repeat this at least twice a month.
