Tibetan Work Out From Home!

Hey there good looking! So I decided to share this workout that is easily done from the comforts of your home!! It resembles BBG (here) but does not have the cardio aspect to it (or so you think) and it is free! I started BBG but it got a little too long (2.5 – 3 hr workouts) and expensive (20$ per month)!

Here is the deal! This workout molds to fit you, I was introduced to it by one of the trainers in my gym. Your greatest competition is with yourself! I loved that. It is a 4 week program and you only do it once a week. Granted, that is not the only thing I did but it is definitely a great exercise if you are just easing your way into it and want to see results in your endurance.

Things you will need:

  1. Timer (you can use your trainer, phone, or your husband =P) 
  2. Weights (I used two 5 lb dumbbells.. you can purchase a pair here)
  3. Mat (optional, here, super cute one, here)
  4. WATER!!
  5.  Template (which I provided below)
  6. Pen

This is a true Tibetan Workout. Meaning 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, NOT MORE!! This is crucial! It’s okay if you are dying, just do a less amount of reps. You will definitely work up a sweat. If not, then you are an animal and I am jealous…

Do as many as you can in the 20 seconds, rest, repeat 8 times. Yes, your score will go down with each set but in the long run, or by Week Four, it will show you your improvement!

I am also wearing the BEST exercise clothing out there! I love these pants so much. They make you look  good and feel good =) To be honest they are much better than VS yoga pants. The quality is awesome and the fit makes you feel good and tucked in!
